We go beyond surface metrics to identify root causes, helping you address inefficiencies at their source.
Ready to see how those principles translate into tangible results for your organization? Let's begin building clarity and predictability together!
My 20+ years in tech showed me a recurring pattern: systemic issues preventing talented people and organizations from truly thriving. My own experience with burnout made this mission deeply personal: to discover how to create engineering environments that are both highly effective and sustainably human-centric. My answer lies in deep, fact-based understanding and clear measurement, which empowers teams to achieve better results and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Management experience helps me see the human dynamics behind the data, guiding teams toward better software and better ways of working together.
I created robust, scalable analytical tools adapted to your technical and business reality, when off-the-shelf solutions don’t fit.
Deep metrics analysis and probabilistic forecasting enable proactive, strategic decisions about the future.
Does my combination of hands-on technical, process, and leadership experience resonate with the challenges you face? Let's talk about how this unique perspective can help your organization.
We start with a 4-6 week paid diagnostic to audit your data landscape and operational processes. This delivers a fact-based analysis of your key bottlenecks and a clear roadmap for improvement.
Reliable insights demand reliable data. This phase focuses on optimizing your workflows to ensure data quality at the source. We implement right practices so the data flowing into your analytics is consistent, accurate, and trustworthy.
With a solid data foundation, we deploy and configure the OrgAI platform to fit your unique organizational structure. This involves integrating your data, developing custom metrics, and building intuitive dashboards that provide your teams with actionable insights.
The journey to predictability is ongoing. We establish a strategic partnership with regular reviews and continuous support, ensuring the OrgAI platform evolves to deliver maximum value as your organization grows and changes.

Drawn from my 20+ year IT career, these real-world examples are anonymized for confidentiality. While names are removed, the authentic problems, OrgAI approaches, and achieved capabilities are 100% genuine.
A delivery manager needed a reliable deadline for a project assigned to a team with low experience. After configuring OrgAI's Monte Carlo Forecaster for that team, it generated a statistically sound forecast based on the team's real work patterns. Despite their low experience, the project was completed on the date predicted by the forecast. This powerfully demonstrated a hybrid approach: combining real data with expert, contextual adjustments to deliver precision and predictability, even in a high-risk environment.
Two Delivery Managers suspected their teams' workflow had hidden bottlenecks but lacked the data to prove it, as their existing tools couldn't group statuses into logical phases they needed. They assumed creating a custom report would be a multi-day development task. Using OrgAI's Flow Analysis metric, we configured and deployed the report together, live on our call, in just 15 minutes. For the first time, they saw a clear, quantitative breakdown of where time was truly being spent, instantly replacing their "gut feeling" with objective data. This provided a crucial baseline for any optimization efforts and demonstrated a new level of agility in analysis itself.
When the senior tech management mandated that specific key metrics be collected for every team, it created the challenge of a significant, time-consuming reporting effort. Thanks to the department's well-standardized processes, it was simply a matter of configuring the teams' data sources in OrgAI. The platform then automatically processed all historical data almost instantaneously, providing immediate, historical visibility into performance against strategic objectives. This completely eliminated the manual reporting effort, delivering effortless and consistent compliance with the senior managemer's directive.
Using Ksawery’s metrics platform we were able to present our performance metrics to senior management instantly and effortlessly.

OrgAI is a proprietary platform of 30+ metrics, Monte Carlo Probabilistic Forecaster and Org-Level Heath Checker. It was built from the ground up to be the antithesis of rigid, one-size-fits-all products. It powers expert-led consulting, where deep understanding and flexibility are paramount.
Unlike many tools, OrgAI is built for radical flexibility. We can often configure and deploy a new metric for your unique workflow together, live on a call.
Your organization is unique, and OrgAI excels in modeling its specific structure. This ensures every metric is viewed in correct context, providing relevant and actionable insights.
The platform is not tied to any single tool like Jira or Azure DevOps. Built on a source-agnostic data model, we can work with the tools you already have.
You get full transparency into how every metric is calculated. This "glass box" approach builds the deep trust required for making high-stakes, data-informed decisions.
Curious to see how OrgAI's extreme customization and deep analytics could be applied to your unique challenges? Let's explore the possibilities in a direct conversation.
These principles guide how I build systems and deliver insights.Transparency
Data is a right, not a privilege. You'll have full access to all metrics, forecasts, and the reasoning behind every recommendation.Simplicity
Complexity is the enemy of understanding. I focus on a small set of meaningful metrics that actually drive decisions, not dashboard theater.Respect for Context
Your organization is unique. I adapt to your structure, culture, and constraints, not the other way around.Global Consistency, Local Flexibility
Common language, local autonomy. Metrics are consistent across teams, but processes adapt to each team's reality.Strategic Time Perspective
Monthly rhythm, not weekly pressure. I focus on strategic trends over time, not reactive week-to-week fire drills.
These commitments define how I work with clients.Clarity over Jargon
I explain everything in plain language. No buzzwords, no hiding behind complexity.Truth over Optimism
I tell you what the data actually shows, even when it's uncomfortable. Honest diagnosis beats false reassurance.Working System over Report
You get a functioning system you can use daily, not a PDF that sits on a shelf.Adaptation over Standard
I customize to your reality. No cookie-cutter frameworks or forced methodologies.Partnership over Presentation
I work with you, not perform for you. This is collaboration, not consulting theater.Long-Term Value over Quick Wins
I build sustainable systems and capabilities, not temporary fixes or vanity metrics.Honesty and Transparency
If I don't know something, I'll tell you. If I can't help, I'll say so. If I make a mistake, you'll hear it from me first.
If my principles align with how you want to work, then we are likely a great fit. Let's connect!
What does a typical engagement look like?
We usually start with a paid diagnostic (4–6 weeks) to understand your data, processes, and constraints. From there, we decide together whether to continue into platform deployment and ongoing partnership, or stop at the diagnostic if that already brings enough value. Can we start small?
Yes. A diagnostic phase is designed as a contained, low-risk way to work together and see whether my approach is helpful in your context. There is no obligation to continue beyond that. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope and context. A diagnostic phase is a fixed-price engagement; longer partnerships are usually based on a monthly retainer. If we decide to explore a collaboration, I will always provide a clear proposal before you commit. How much time will this require from our team?
During the diagnostic phase, I usually need a few short interviews and access to your existing systems. After that, the goal is to reduce the burden on your teams by improving data quality and decision-making, not add more meetings to their calendars. What does success look like in your engagements?
Typical outcomes include clearer metrics that leaders and teams actually trust, more reliable delivery forecasts, fewer surprises, and a calmer, more sustainable engineering environment. The exact definition of success is always agreed together at the start.

How is your work different from standard “Agile” or “DevOps” consulting?
I don’t introduce new ceremonies, frameworks or maturity models. I focus on understanding how your organization already works, improving data quality, and building metrics and forecasts that your teams actually trust and can use in everyday decisions.Do you work with teams that are already using metrics and dashboards?
Yes. Many clients already have dashboards, but feel they don’t trust them or can’t use them for real decisions. My work often starts from clarifying, simplifying, and reconnecting existing metrics to actual outcomes. Can you help if our data is “messy”?
Yes. That is often the starting point. Part of the engagement is improving data hygiene and workflows so that your data becomes reliable enough to support meaningful insights and forecasting.Do you replace our existing tools or BI team?
No. I prefer to build on what you already have. My role is to help you use your data and tools more effectively, not to introduce unnecessary complexity or internal competition.Do you only work with specific tools (e.g. Jira)?
No. I have deepest experience with Jira-based ecosystems, but the approach and platform can adapt to different tools and workflows, as long as there is a consistent source of work data.Do you only work with product development teams?
Most of my work focuses on software engineering and product development, but the same principles can be extended to related areas such as infrastructure, data, or operations teams, if that makes sense.

Who do you work with?
I work with technology organizations that have established engineering teams (typically 15–150 people) and want more predictability, clarity, and sustainability in how they deliver software. What problems do you usually help solve?
Most often: lack of reliable forecasts, unclear metrics, delivery unpredictability, and growing pressure or burnout in engineering teams despite “more data” and “more dashboards”.What if we are a smaller/larger organization than your typical client?
If your context is outside my usual range, I will tell you honestly. If I believe I’m not the right fit, I will say so and, when possible, suggest alternatives.Do you work remotely or on-site?
I work primarily remotely, with the option of occasional on-site visits for key workshops or strategy sessions if that makes sense for both sides. In which languages do you work?
I work in English and Polish. Documentation, workshops, and ongoing collaboration can be held in either language, depending on your team’s needs.Do you offer one-off workshops or talks?
Yes. I occasionally run workshops or talks on engineering metrics, forecasting, and sustainable engineering practices. These can be a good way to start a conversation or align leadership around a shared view of reality.
